If you preferred phone confirmation, then expect a phone call or text message. In addition we will also email you. If you preferred email confirmation, then we will email and text.
We organize our schedule at the end of business day to make the stops as optimized as possible. This is why you will receive your confirmation either by today 8:30 pm (excluding Saturdays) if you submitted this form by 4 pm or next business day by 8:30 pm if you submitted this form after 4 pm. We will also schedule a reminder to be automatically dispatched 2 business days prior.
If you will not receive confirmation the latest by 8:30 pm next business day, then the inspection was not confirmed. Usually, this is because the property is not in our service area. In this case do not hesitate to call our company if you would like, and we can double-check everything and try to accommodate your needs.
Inspectors usually call half an hour prior to their arrival. So if your inspection is scheduled say 12-2 pm, and they expect to arrive 1:30 pm, they usually will call you around 1 pm and arrive 1:30 pm. There is no special preparation needed for inspection to take place except if you have dogs or other animals, make sure they will have no contact with the inspector.
